What will I need to do to start using my tank once it arrives?

Your tank is ready to use when delivered. Remember to order a pump. Just add fuel and you are ready to go!

I live in Canada. Can you deliver to Canada?

If you are based in Canada we will be able to manage your order over the phone, as we cannot process online orders for Canada just yet please call our dedicated Canadian sales team on +1 866 588 2637.

When and how is my Western Global order confirmed?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been approved we will send you a confirmation email.

When will my tank be dispatched?

We will contact you within 24 hours of your order to confirm order status, your tank will then be dispatched from one of our 3 locations across the US within approximately 5 working days. You will receive tracking information.

Can I cancel my Western Global order once it’s been placed?

Are these online tanks TAA compliant?

Does the tank come with 1993 Hazmat stickers? 

Yes, all of our tanks arrive with 1993 stickers and 1203 stickers.

What is the difference between the diesel and the gasoline versions?

Gasoline version of your fuel tank comes with an emergency venting kit as an extra.

I’m not sure exactly which Western Global fuel tank will work best for me. Who can I talk to?

Can I add options to my Western Global fuel tank when ordering?

The fuel tanks offered online have had our most popular options already selected meaning it comes fully equipped to tackle everything you need. Can I pay on Finance for my tank?

How will my Western Global fuel Tank be delivered?

Your Western Global fuel tank will be delivered LTL or FTL depending on quantity ordered with the option to add liftgate delivery at time of check out.
